Hello again from the Maturity Model for Microsoft 365 Team! The Maturity Model for Microsoft 365 continues to evolve—and so does our community. Since our first newsletter, we’ve reached even more people and had some great conversations during our Practitioner Calls. It’s open for everyone, you really don’t need to be an expert to join—everyone’s welcome, no prior experience necessary. Since the last newsletter, we’ve welcomed new folks and had some great chats during our Practitioner Calls. You don’t need any prior experience to join—just curiosity and a love for figuring things out together. We’re also floating an idea in the Core Team: what if we revisited all the competencies from the start? A lot has changed—tech, teams, ways of working. And as always, if these updates aren’t your thing, feel free to unsubscribe—no hard feelings. But we hope you’ll stay and keep exploring digital maturity with us. If you think a colleague, other community member, or friend might be interested in the Maturity Model, please feel free to forward this newsletter to them. They can sign up to get the newsletter, too. Our ✨ guest star ✨ Simon Hudson will guide us through each maturity level—from chaotic startups to global brand machines—sharing insights, pitfalls, and practical steps to level up. Expect great storytelling, solid strategy, and plenty of “a-ha” moments. 🎥 Turn your camera on—we’re doing another Together Mode snapshot! 📅 Register now and join the discussion! Recap of last session: Maturity Model and AI AgentsLast time, Simon Doy guided us through the wild world of AI agents—how they work, how they’re different from Copilots, and what organizations need to consider before jumping in.
