The Maturity Model for Microsoft 365 is evolving, and so is our community! Over the past five years, we've hosted 45+ Practitioner Calls, engaging experts and organizations in shaping digital maturity strategies. Now, we’re launching something new—our first newsletter—to bring even more insights, resources, and discussions straight to you!

While we feel the content is mature (see what we did there? 😉), we want to expand our community so more of you can benefit. This is the first of what we hope will be many newsletters focused on advancing digital maturity in organizations.

This is an interactive session, and your thoughts matter! Copilot Agents are still in their early stages—nobody truly knows where this will lead. It’s both exciting and a little terrifying. That’s why we, as a community, need to test, experiment, and implement AI responsibly, while still being bold enough to embrace the future.

Last time, we took a deep dive into how to run an effective Quick Assessment Workshop. The Core Team went full method acting mode, bringing to life the typical conversations facilitators lead during real-world assessments. Since no company would ever share these discussions publicly, we got creative—and it was a blast!

Instead of simply presenting the Maturity Model, we focused on guiding the conversation—helping teams understand where they stand and what’s possible. Thought-provoking questions led to some powerful discussions, making this a session to remember.
